Just a quick update we've added the new 'Support BOX' to your 'My Toolbox' online.
This is a step up in the support direction allowing Foundation Residents & Private Cluster/ Education Cluster Owners to submit support tickets.
Please feel free to use this system for support requests, please provide as much information as possible for us to help you quickly.
We are working on another system for all other residents and will have more information soon.
