Getting r4314+ to work  (Canada)

I downloaded all the files ... installed it , and ran server with regular SL client.

No objects ... just a terrain. Can not create an object.

I have still have version 3697 running quite happily - both locally or through an internet connection.

I see from various posts that I'm not the only one with this problem. I've tried all the suggestions I could find in the posts.

Anyone know what is going on ... and a *reliable* fix ?

I've been running v5.5 from OpenSim site no problem, 3 X 3 regions in a grid.

Thanks Pratyeka. I guess I will have to try OpenSim. I have tried to stick with one development ... but Openlife r4314 has just driven me  crazy.  With so many people reporting this problem , I had kind of expected some  comment or explanation or fix. I guess not !

I find that when using the launcher.exe i can not creat items.

So i just use the openlife.exe to start the server.

My bigest issue is that everytime i restart the server all the sims go back to a copy of the main one.

in the "region" folder, each .xml file must have a unique UUID for the "Config sim_UUID".
