Greetings everyone.  I just wanted to let you all know that 3D Concepts does plan to have a presence in this exciting new virtual frontier.  Currently we are offering a license to use Marlin Studios textures (the textures of other known and unknown artists as well) in both SL and Open Life for only an additional 2K Lindens (or if you prefer, you can pay via paypal) in additon to what you may have paid for the designer package.

Once we are inside Open Life, we will offer a license for  the textures at the same price as being offered in SL.  Users will have the opportunity to browse the store as they would in SL .. have the same high quality professional and legal textures to create a Brave New World in Open Life.

Finally, we applaud you all for your contributions to Open Life.  It takes courage, dedication and hard work to do what you are all doing.. that is to come into a virtually desolate and barren land, painting it vividly with your dreams and imaginations until it is as we say.. alive.

Hi and thanks .. yes I am trying or wanting to do that but have been confused the past several weeks as to how to do it.  I was just discussing this issue with Surreal.. no idea what her name is  here.  She and a few other residents here were wanting to use Marlin Studios textures in Open Life and that's why I made this notice.

If you could please help me set up a region that would be great.  I prefer to have something watery if at all possible.  Anyway, we can discuss this more.  The only thing that I saw the other day was a sim in Alice and not so much to my personal tastes... flat and green.  :-)  Thanks again for all of your help.
