I have been running the standalone server of OpenLife for a bit. I am looking at getting Second Inventory to get creations my wife and I made from SL to OL. I have a question for those that use this program.

I want to put the stuff from SL to my standalone. Is this possible?

Can stuff from my standalone be transfered to OpenLife's grid? Is this possible without Second Inventory?

I made my first pilgramige to the grid today and it was great. Got to meet Sakai first thing off orientation and Giffinger helped me get out of my Ruth clothes with some nice items. :) My main account in Second Life started in 03 (Mac is my second account) and this is REALLY exciting to get in on OpenLife fairly early too. Already people are very nice and the servers run so smooth.

I am looking forward to lots of growth and fun ahead.

First post as well.

Beforehand, please excuse me for my bad english, as it is not at all my mothertongue langage.

I am newbie in OL since yesterday evening, and I do have the same concern about copying inventory from SL to here.

It seems that Second inventory can help, yet I would like to know if another solution exists ;) (as SI is not free)

I am very glad to start in this environment, and would like to participate to the communities, even if I do have limited time to pass in here.
