Look out for it!

-There a new section to the site coming very soon called Openlife Communities.

This will help make a lot of things really clear about communities, and how they can operate. Basically to get a whole region assigned to a community what we are looking to see is 'support' ie lot's of people wanting to get in and help the new budding community and get it going.
