Nerdstone's in Pleather.

I hope you find the information for which you are looking about my region, Pleather, part of the Openlife Grid based on Open Sim. I don't know a lot about the technical aspects of this open source project, but I do know that I support the sharing of mutually beneficial information.

What exactly I will do with Pleather is still up in the air, although I do know no animals will be harmed in the creation of textures or object associated with this region... thus pleather rather than leather. I'm interested in coastal (including inland coasts such as those of the Great Lakes) ecosystems and may do something with the region reflecting that interest as well as something related to women environmental leaders such as Gene Stratton-Porter and Rachel Carson.

General information about the Nerdstones' plans for the Pleather Region of Openlife Grid.

So much to do and so little time. I mean really there is a whole world to build. And building is what I love to do. Putting those little prims together into pleasing shapes has become an almost meditative action for me. But I also love to create textures and hope to be able to finance the tier for this region through product production. We'll see. Anyway, there will be a "store or display floor" in Pleather for showcasing my creations. Something wetland related will also be popping up there eventually, but not until I get terraforming figured out.
