Openlife regions may be renewed monthly, using credit card/ paypal or Openlife Credits.

Current monthly renewal rate for Openlife private regions is $69.95 p.m or 34,750 credits.

Openlife regions are month to month, no contracts, the Openlifegrid.com Terms of Use apply.

Discounts may be available for longer renewal periods.

FAQ

 Q: When will my new region start & first renewal due?

A: Your new region will be automatically provisioned by our system and delivered within approx 2mins of order completion.

The renewal period starts from when the region is delivered live in world (usually just a few minutes after order). *All new region packages include at least 1 month.

*From time to time we may offer different packages with longer periods.

 Q: After order, is my credit card charged once? OR is it automatically recurring monthly/quarterly/yearly etc.?

A: You will only be charged 1 time. We will not automatically charge your credit card or paypal each month or on region expiry date. We hope you renew your region each month and you must be pro-active to renew the region before the expire date is due. Without notice we will assume you wish to continue to renew the region, however we cannot charge your card automatically*.

Q: Are there any other fees? No setups? or hidden costs?

A: None at all. For the monthly renewal stated we will setup & deliver your new region free. In fact further discounts are available for longer renewal periods, such as 3 or 6 months after your initial order.

As long as you renew the region the region will remain active and accessable in the virtual world.

Q: Are there costs associated with 'search'?

A: Your parcels are listed FREE.

(http://search.openlifegrid.com ). Each parcel is automatically listed and updated live after you create 'parcels' in your region. There is no cost for this service.

Q: What do I need to do to order a new region?

Simply click the link on the new Private regions image near the top of the page. You can name your region (unique), select the avatar you wish to be region owner, proceed to payment and our system will do the rest.

After order payment you will return to a status page where you can watch your new region provisioned with our live order status page.

 

*Regions may also be renewed using credits earned or purchased in world, without cancellation notice your credits 'may' be attributed to renewal where sufficient.

Activities Considered unlawful or illegal including harmful, abusive or 'griefing' to the community are not tolerated and may result in your account being suspended and/or cancelled without refund. This includes Sexually Explicit and Explicit Violent content, public display and content development must be mindful of this environment supportive of up to only an MA 15+ environment, and not exceed this. Experiences may vary, the Openlife Grid is built on 0.7.6.9+ 3DXServer Beta, being a region owner helps us improve both it's performance & features.

As the Openlifegrid.com is a developing Beta virtual world it is important to note that over time features, functions and behaviours will change. This too you can be a part of if you choose by providing valuable feedback and feature suggestions to the 3DX development team.

Openlife is regularly updated usually via our 'fast patch' system, this may result in your region being unavailable for small periods of time (usually a few minutes). Details and times of fast patches are posted to the Notices section of the forum.

 

Other: All services, servers and resources are maintained by 3DX offered as Openlifegrid.com

A Region is created with server resources and software, The Openlifegrid Team will take care of all these things, including if your region breaks. 

As a 'Region Holder' - you are responsible for activities and display within that region.

Whilst we maintain the highest level of attention and care, we cannot garuantee nor be responsible for any losses and/or loss of content, however regular backups are made in the event a disaster these can be recovered.
